Really enjoyed our stay, recommend. Everything was excellent with well-appointed and beautifully presented rooms. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable when we had questions. The location couldn't be more great very close to the Bairnsdale train station.

The rooms we booked were brand-new and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the beautiful balcony. Both rooms had balcony access.

We truly enjoyed the family room, which was reasonably large and freshly decorated with comfy beds. It was nice to have coffee/tea making machines and fridges available. the hotel was excellent and in a very central location very close to the pub downstairs as well as the bistro.

The staff were super friendly, rooms were top-notch, and the vegan meal was a delicious surprise! Loved the room decor, its peaceful vibe, and the comfy bed - a far cry from noisy pub stays! Being close to quality cafes for brekkie was a bonus, especially after a train ride. If only the kitchen amenities had more than just a wooden stick instead of a teaspoon, and our room above the noisy outdoor area kept us up until 10 pm, but overall, a gem worth revisiting! 🌟

During our recent weekend getaway, we stayed for two nights at the Grand Terminus, and it was absolutely delightful! the location was convenient, with stunning balcony views steeped in history. Our room was immaculate, featuring comfy beds with clean, crisp sheets, and a fabulous shower with excellent water pressure. the service was remarkable—restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond, and the food was the best we had all week!

The location of this place was convenient, perfect for a short walk from the train station, and being near a flagship library within a 5-minute walk was a great bonus for us.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a quick 4-6 minute walk from Slipstream Sculpture. the staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. Our room was a double room with a comfortable bed, sofa or chairs, and a lovely balcony.

My recent stay at this hotel was delightful from start to finish. the staff here are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. the room I stayed in was modern and spacious, with a balcony that offered a lovely view. the housekeeping was top-notch, making sure everything was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, and the breakfast next door was simply the best.

One small thing that could be improved is the noise level. Wearing earplugs helped me sleep through the early morning street traffic and foot traffic near my room.

Stayed in a clean apartment with a brand new modern bathroom, equipped with coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and a toaster, and all of the staff members were very knowledgeable and excellent.
